Roast Suckling Pig from Yan Chuan Roaster Centre @ Ubi Ave 2

We had the famous cheap and good roast piglet from Yan Chuan Roaster @ 3020 Ubi Ave 2. I enjoyed it. The roast piglet comes a beautiful deep golden reddish brown. The skin looked like it was going to shatter on touch. Each roast piglet costs $128, self collect at Yan Chuan Roaster's 3020 Ubi Ave 2 shop. Come with little tubs of savoury sauce and chili sauce. They have cutting service, which I would suggest using as they cut up the piglet expertly. One piglet can feed 4 easily, 6 people at a stretch. Bite size pieces. Each piece has golden brown skin which is as crackly crisp as it looks. Soft fat and tender, juicy white meat. The marination and seasoning was somewhat flat, mildly savoury. Most of the flavour came from the fat and white meat which was naturally sweet. If you pay close attention, there's a subtle baby milky smell. You won't really notice, if you are busy chatting and guzzling beer. I didn't use any of the savoury or chili dips. If you like to indulge in a roast piglet, here's where to get it.
